Monte das Matas is a modern and light house that is equipped with all modern conveniences. Built in a style typical to the region, it is a spacious house with 400 square meters of living space suitable for 8 people. In case two additional people need to be accommodated, there is a sofa bed available in the loft. There are four large bedrooms: the 'master bedroom' and the black, blue and brown bedrooms, each having their own comfortable seating, furnished to facilitate contemporary needs. Furthermore, each bedroom has its own bathroom and enough closet space for an extended stay. All rooms have their own terrace, which overlook the garden and swimming pool with a view of the Alqueva lake in the background.
On the main terrace, which is shaded by a cloth canopy, you will find a lounge set, dining table and of course: a barbeque. The house is surrounded by a lovely, total fenced garden of 3300 square meters with a saltwater swimming pool measuring 10 by 5 meters, open fromf May to mid October.
